When you submit an order, you authorize EngravingsPersonalized.com, to begin the work outlined. It is up to you to ensure the correct spelling of all words, names, and dates. Please understand that once your job is started and/or materials or products are special ordered, you are responsible for all costs incurred by EngravingsPersonalized.com.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: Engraved items are not returnable unless we have errored on the engraving. Non-engraved items may be returned within ten days of delivery (five days on jewelry items). All returns require prior authorization.

Each item must include its box and original packing. A restocking charge of twenty percent will be withheld from your refund and shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer pays shipping costs on returned and exchanged items.

PRODUCTS: EngravingsPersonalized.com continually upgrades and revises its products to provide customers with a newer, more exciting product catalog. EngravingsPersonalized.com may revise products and prices at any time without prior notice to customers.

We always endeavor to ensure that the product descriptions we provide are accurate. Please note that photographs are for illustrative purpose only and may not exactly match the product.

WARRANTIES: The products provided on this site are covered by manufacturers warranty. EngravingsPersonalized.com provides no additional warranties of any kind and EngravingsPersonalized.com disclaims all or any of them.

SHIPPING CHARGES/TAXES: Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s). The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

DELIVERIES: All We normally ship within 4 to 5 business days. You will be notified as quickly as possible of any backorders. Please allow additional 3 to 5 business days for engraving.

Delivery will be presumed to be made if any person at the specified address accepts the item on behalf of receiptant. No claim for Non-acceptance of gift items shall be entertained.

No refund shall be made if delivery could not be made due to wrong address. If items are returned due to a wrong address or non-acceptance, the shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.

NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If your order is returned to us by the shipper, due to delivery failure. We will contact you to request a new delivery address. You will be charged for re-shipping.

SECURITY: We guarantee the security of your transactions. We will never sell or share your information with any other business or person.
